What is Human Design? Where does Human Design come from?
Human Design is a system created by Ra Uru Hu in the 1980’s. We each have a unique design and specific purpose to fulfil in this lifetime, and Human Design offers you direct insight into how your inner guidance system operates. When generating a BodyGraph using your birth date, time and location, you are given a specific genetic design that:
Provides clarity on your life’s purpose
Helps you live life as your most whole and authentic self
Enhances your intuitive abilities
Guides you to understand and honour your energy
Shows your most efficient and optimal way to achieve success
Shines light on your potential gifts/strengths in this lifetime
Helps you navigate life with greater self awareness and alignment

Where do I start?
Just like astrology, Human Design can be as simple or complex as you make it, and there’s endless opportunities and branches to dive into. Go as deep into the rabbit hole as you feel called. This is the order I suggest:

These are all covered in the Human Design Personalised Guidebook (other than 'gates'), but this is the recommendation for self-exploration if you'd like to do it yourself! I then recommend to continue further into conscious and unconscious sun and earth, circuits and definition, variables and down down down the rabbit hole. If you’re this intrigued, I’d recommend also becoming a reader with a guide that resonates with you! There are teachers who just do HD, ones who incorporate gene keys, astrology, and other modalities. When the student is ready, the teacher appears!
