By booking your place in the Elemental Flow retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all participants.

1. Booking and Payment
All retreat bookings are confirmed upon full payment.
Payment plans are available; however, the retreat fee must be paid in full by January 31st 2025 to secure your spot.

2. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. Any transfer of your booking must be approved and arranged in writing.

3. Changes to Itinerary
The retreat itinerary is subject to change due to facilitator availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be made with the intention of maintaining the quality and integrity of the retreat experience.

4. Accommodation
Rooming is shared, and participants will be paired with another female attendee. Both twin and king bedding options are available. You may be required to share a bed, and by booking, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement.

5. Health and Wellness
This retreat is a wellness experience but is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. If you have any concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.
Participants are responsible for disclosing any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions at the time of booking.

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk
Participation in the retreat is voluntary and at your own risk.
The retreat organizers and facilitators are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during the retreat.
It is recommended that you obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including cancellations, injuries, or emergencies.

7. Property Damage
Any damage to the retreat property or facilities caused by you will be your financial responsibility. You agree to cover the cost of repairs or the replacement of damaged items as determined by the property owner, management, or Caitlin Potts.

8. No Partial Refunds
No partial refunds will be issued if you need to leave the retreat early due to personal or unforeseen circumstances. All meals, accommodations, and activities are pre-paid and non-recoverable.

9. Travel Arrangements
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location. Caitlin Potts and organisers are not liable for any travel disruptions or cancellations.

10. Force Majeure
Caitlin Potts and organisers are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other emergencies.

11. Media Release
By participating in the retreat, you consent to being photographed or recorded during activities. These images or videos may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform Caitlin in writing before the event.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
