‘LIMITLESS’ (1:1 EFT)

Step into your LIMITLESS POTENTIAL. Using the Emotional Freedom Technique, a somatic healing tool harnessing both body and mind, each session is a deeper dive into your psyche to uncover the root cause of your limitations - conscious or unconscious.

Dr Joe Dispenza (author of ‘Becoming Supernatural’) and Dr Bruce Lipton (internationally recognised leader in bridging science & spirit) both recommend EFT as a way of accessing and reprogramming the subconscious mind to replace unwanted and detrimental beliefs and programs with a healthy and balanced perception of self and reality.

EFT helps you access your subconscious mind where a lot of the programs that are creating disharmony, imbalance, and limitations in your life are influencing your decisions, thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, often unknown to your conscious mind. By becoming aware of your subconscious programming, choosing to clear it, and replacing it with more optimal intentions and perceptions of yourself and reality, you can experience a new reality that in alignment with what you truly desire and wish to experience.

In a private 1:1 session with EFT Practitioner Caitlin, we use EFT to:

  • Reprogram limiting beliefs such as '“I’m not good enough, I’m not worthy, success is unattainable for someone like me, I know I deserve better (relationship, career) but I don’t know how to leave” etc

  • Bring stored and trapped emotion up to the surface, so it may be released. Pain doesn’t just disappear, it ferments and festers until it is felt and released (but if left alone, it turns into a physical ailment and eventually disease)

  • We get down to the root cause of a belief. You may think you have a negative money mindset, but this is something unconsciously ingrained from childhood, taking on others beliefs and holding to the stories as if they were your own. We begin with the topic of your choosing, but you’ll find there’s much more beneath the surface which I safely guide you toward and through. Uncovering these core issues facilitate profound and lasting healing

  • Regulate your nervous system by stimulating acupressure points, teaching the body to come back to a baseline of safety, calm and non-reactiveness (parasympathetic nervous system state). This reduces ‘triggers’ or situations that ‘set you off’, reduces heightened stressed and agitated moods, reduces being stuck in fight-or-flight or shutdown/freeze, and makes you feel calmer, safe, capable, and nurtures your ability to respond (instead of react) to situations positively.

How does it work? During our 1 hour session via video Zoom call, you identify a topic, belief, situation or problem you’d like to work on, then are guided by Caitlin to break it down. You don’t at all need to know what to do, you simply follow Caitlin’s movements and repeat her statements, provide feedback on how impactful specific statements are for you, and are also partially guided with meditation and energy healing throughout for internal reflection, realisation, and release.

Whilst one session will be impactful, there are usually a multitude of underlying issues, beliefs and discomfort below the initial intention of the session and a bundle of three is recommended to start out with so you have continued support. Please note that this is not psychiatric work, nor the trauma healing side of EFT. If you have a significantly traumatic experience to work through and heal, I recommend seeing a coach or psychologist who specialises in this type of work. Somatic healing and EMDR are specifics that I personally seek for deeper healing.
